Named after a village that neighbours Daylesford, this semi-soft cheese is rind washed with a culture to give it its distinctive flavour. The washing creates complexity and a moist texture that melts in the mouth.
Our Organic Adlestrop cheese has won several awards including Silver in the World Cheese Awards 2024/2025, Silver in the British & Irish Cheese Awards 2025 and Silver in the Artisan Cheese Awards 2025.
